Thoughts and ideas from top leadership thinkers
10/16/2000
Leader to Leader, a quarterly journal from the Peter F. Drucker Foundation for Nonprofit Management, offers an excellent compendium of writing by some of the world's top thinkers on leadership. Don't be misled by the "nonprofit" moniker; the material delves into leadership issues of both the private and public sectors. In addition to commentary from Drucker, you'll find well-written observations by Warren Bennis, Andy Grove, Charles Handy, several HBS professors, and even the likes of renowned author/paleontologist Stephen Jay Gould. Selected contents from the journal back through the summer of 1996 are online, providing a wealth of perspectives to explore. (Thirty-seven of the earlier essays were collected into a book, also called Leader to Leader, which was published in March 1999.)
