Solid information on the ins and outs of customer service management

This U.K.-based site combines original content with links to external resources on customer relationship management and customer service in general. Key areas include a glossary and more detailed explanations of customer service concepts (both under "Resources") and industry news and news analysis (under "Suppliers"). Don't be scared off by the "Members Exclusive Area," either: membership is free and gets you to other valuable information, including case studies, best practices, frequently asked questions, and additional news and analysis. Some areas of the site could use beefing up "Vertical Markets," for instance, sounds promising, but contained only one article when we looked but overall this is a good collection of mostly Europe-focused information on the ins and outs of customer service management.
