"What can you learn about business ethics from the movies?" wondered Carolyn Johnson, business librarian at Arizona State University. The answer is this Web site. Here you'll find a list of movies that in some way or other offer interesting perspectives on tricky business issues. Johnson has also compiled a list of "The Top 12 Things You Can Learn About Business Ethics by Watching the Movies." (Number 8 on the list is this line from The Godfather: "Mr. Corleone never asks a second favor once he's refused the first, understood?" Johnson lists movies that can be played in the classroom or boardroom to spur discussion on a number of issues.
