Social entrepreneurship goes global

How do you get social entrepreneurs from across the globe to talk to each other? Expose them all to Changemakers.net. This rich site provides a clearinghouse for global social entrepreneurs to share insights and solutions to such large-scale global issues as poverty, hunger, and illiteracy. Changemakers.net provides a forum and community for learning and sharing best practices and gives participants a place to document the unfolding of new ideas. Resources include access to the online Changemakers.net Journal, rich multimedia presentations of global projects, a huge online library of collected information covering aging to women's issues (and everything in between), and the "Exchange"—an online network of job and project opportunities around the world. Changemakers.net is doing its part to erase global boundaries—the local problems its member organizations are facing (and working to eradicate) are truly global in scale and impact.
