Cracking the Value Code: How Successful Businesses Are Creating Wealth in the New Economy

    6/5/2000
The race to figure out the value code for business is just as intense as the scientific investigation of DNA, say the authors, all three of whom are Arthur Andersen consultants. In the New Economy, they write, it is the intricate linkages among technology, globalization, and tangible and intangible assets such as relationships, brands and knowledge that are taking center stage. With this book, they describe how companies create value today, how businesses in various industries are leveraging specific types of assets and what business leaders can do to design, build and manage a successful business model. Their set of principles, called Value Dynamics, grew out of a three-year Andersen study of 10,000 companies.
