    Creating Customer Evangelists: How Loyal Customers Become a Volunteer Sales Force

    Lessons of customer evangelism related through real life company stories make this book an absorbing read. In one example, the story of Krispy Kreme is told through an interesting history of how the company was formed and grew to such popularity that store openings caused traffic jams on neighboring roads. The pairing of fascinating company stories with bulleted "Evangelism Scorecards" makes for a fun-to-read book, and puts forward a compelling argument for the importance of customer loyalty. Bottom line? No shocker here: Pay attention to your customers.
