This customer site manages to practice what it preaches. CRMDaily succeeds at what many other sites reach for, but aren't able to grasp. That is, creating a vibrant community around its content. In its open forums, "Hot Topics" articles are presented for reader comment and critique. The ensuing discussions have been well attended, with over 20,000 posts now living in 2,000-plus threads. The multifaceted site features daily article updates throughout twelve subtopics. Pressed for time? Newest articles are listed in the right-most column and can be seen at a quick glance. If monthly journals aren't enough, and constant news feeds leave you cold, chances are you'll find your community here.
