    Economist.com Technology Quarterly

    http://www.economist.com/science/tq/index.cfm
    In-depth, intelligent takes on tech.
    2/4/2002
The beauty of this site, in addition to the kind of in-depth and stylish writing you would expect from The Economist, is the step-back look at fast-moving technology events. The December issue, for example, had stories on a wide variety of technologies and trends, including video game boxes, ultrasound equipment, and car design. Another plus: Intelligent discussion. Readers are asked to participate in online forums, some of which are quite lively. A regular case study is also offered—the current issue looks at the IBM's developments in creating a boost in computer storage.
