    The globalization of complaints.
    8/20/2001
Call it a one-stop-shop for complaining. This site allows customers to find the complaint department in countries all over the world. Its multilingual versions allow users to register their displeasure in English, French, German, or Spanish. Here you can find information about consumer protection laws, get tips on safe online shopping, and—for the tattletales among us—file an online international complaint through a U. S. Federal Trade Commission database. Your complaint may be used by government agencies to investigate ne'er-do-wells on the Web, thereby making online shopping a safer experience for all. Ahh—complaining has never been so easy!
