    eCustomerServiceWorld

    http://www.ecustomerserviceworld.com/
Spreading service management ideas from the U.S. and the U.K.
    11/20/2000
This site, put together by the publishers of sister magazines in the U.S. and the U.K., offers a wealth of customer service information relevant on either side of the Atlantic. Follow the link to eCustomerServiceWorld Magazine for the latest features and columns from this monthly publication. But the richest material on the site is found under "Articles" and "Research." The first offers collections of articles in eight categories, including "Strategic Customer Service," "Measurement, Satisfaction & Loyalty," "Customer Relationship Management," and "Case Studies." You'll find articles by and about some of the world's top customer service experts, plus advice and guidance from practitioners in the field. The "Research" section includes thought pieces ("The Crystal Ball"), quick tips ("Fast Guides"), and details of service award programs and competitions. eCustomerServiceWorld also includes book reviews and directories of customer service products, events, speakers, and organizations. (Registration is free, but is required to access some content on this site.)
