    Turning inventory into profit
    3/26/2001

EXECuLINK is a UK-based international consulting group specializing in inventory risk management, including demand forecasting and supply chain optimization. Their site, which offers information that applies internationally, focuses on a variety of inventory management subjects such as demand, excess stock, slow-moving stock, and stockholding policy. Each subject is presented through charts, graphs, and descriptive explanations supporting EXECuLINK's Inventory Risk Management Methodology, which the site describes as "a radically new approach to the challenges arising in this area." Other features include recent industry news ("The Internet-enabled supply chain: is there a choice?" is a recent headline) and a comprehensive glossary.
