FacilitiesNet is one of the best among several good Web sites devoted to facilities management.  Developed by the editors of Building Operating Management and Maintenance Solutions magazines, it's aimed primarily at "professionals who design, construct, manage and maintain buildings," but there's excellent information here for anyone who understands how important the smooth operation of physical facilities is to an organization. The Newsstand section will be particularly useful to managers, with articles, industry reports, case studies and more on such topics as energy management, disaster preparedness, technology, productivity, maintenance, integrated building systems and many others.  There's also a good collection of categorized facilities management links, under What's Hot, and regulatory updates under Legal Issues.
