The Global Connector is the modern-day version of paper research guides for first-year MBAs developed in 1995 at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. The site is now sponsored by IU's Center for International Business Education and Research (CIBER).
Here you will find vetted, quality links to Web resources for industries and countries.
Under individual countries, users can find category links to basic data, government institutions, news and media, domestic economy, international trade, entry requirements, culture and entertainment, travel, major cities, and local search engines. For industries, the categories include trade associations and publications, conferences and trade shows, trends analysis, regulation/quality, and consumers.
Harvard Business School produces its own version of country and industry guides located here.
