A window on issues and developments in international trade policy
11/6/2000
This compilation from Harvard University's Center for International Development provides analytical, up-to-date information on issues, government positions, and organizations that surround international trade policy. The bulk of the content consists of links to relevant research papers, articles, and other Web sites on the subject. But the creators of the site also provide their own overviews of trade policy issues, including intellectual capital, development, dispute settlement, transparency, regionalism, and market access. There are additional overviews in the "Governments" section, examining policy positions, statistical data, and other sources of information for some two dozen key countries. Aimed at policy makers and advisers, researchers, and negotiators, this is a well-organized window on global trade policy and negotiations.
