Creating change in your organization.

Books that describe methods for creating a culture of innovation inside organizations are as plentiful these days as CEO subpoenas. Like many other authors on the subject, Dundon argues that innovation isn't simply a skunkworks lab or process to be masteredit has to be made part of the corporate DNA. She offers a nine-step process that can be used anywhere in an organization to inspire and evaluate innovative thinking. Interestingly, the process is linked to global trends, challenging you to think of your company in a world full of "street-smart children" and growing "feelings of detachment from others." We also like her examination of how innovation can transform existing products and services as well as generate new ones.
