Take the thirty-five question Stewardship Inventory to determine your effectiveness in retaining and maintaining your donor base—Sturtevant will show you how to get to the top "You're doing great!" rating. Although this is a slim (and inexpensive!) volume, the author cuts to the chase with clear, sensible advice—this quick read makes a good bookshelf reference.
