This is a timely Web portal devoted to all aspects of corporate governance. This site is updated daily with governance-related links to news reports. There is also a section devoted to prominent shareholder challenges, providing links to stories and online documents. One of the most valuable areas is the Study Center, which offers many links to documents and other resources on a given topic. These topics include news-driven events such as debates over stock exchange listing standards, expensing stock options, and the Adelphia scandal, as well as standing issues including CEO pay and performance. Most of the general content is freesubscribers have access to advanced research and other features. The Corporate Library was founded during the summer of 1999 by Nell Minow and Robert A. G. Monks.
