The Entrepreneur: Twenty-One Golden Rules for the Global Business Manager

Do you want to be an entrepreneur?
    3/29/2004
Bill Heinecke provides an interesting curve to the usual entrepreneur's success story. Sure, he started his first business in high school. And sure, he was a self-made millionaire before reaching drinking age. But what sets him apart is his global experience—Heinecke has enjoyed tremendous success in Southeast Asia with the Minor Group, which controls thirty companies, for example. In this recently updated book, Heinecke details "twenty-one golden rules" that any future entrepreneur needs to follow, among them: prepare for anything, learn to seize the right opportunity, be committed and content with the goal, strive for the best, and tip your hat to good luck.—Sara Grant
