Global management at a glance.
9/22/2003
This volume, written by four consultants, is targeted to senior organizational leaders and human resources professionals. Though not prescriptive, it does offers practical ways of tackling diversity issues and leveraging the global diversity of a workforce to maximize the benefits to the organization. The nine chapters first lay the foundation for understanding the meaning of global diversity, explore ways to manage a global workforce effectively, and suggest internal systems that support global diversity management. Interspersed throughout are activities and questionnaires to help explore these issues. An accompanying CD provides these tools in electronic format to allow customization and suggested agendas for global diversity management training.
