SBA Web site gets a facelift.

The U.S. government provides a wealth of business information, particularly through the Small Business Administration's Web site (reviewed here Oct 12, 1999). But the data can be hard to mine. Enter the new U.S. Business Advisor site. Intended as the business community's one-stop shop for government-provided information and service, the new site enhances customer focus. Information from other government agencies, such as the Internal Revenue Service, is more tightly integrated. A site map, expandable menus, and more sophisticated technology enhance navigation of the vast resources. On the other hand, most of the underlying information is the same. However you access it, the federal government remains a premier source of information for small businesses looking for advice or opportunities.
