    Visualizing Your Business

When a picture is worth a thousand numbers
    6/25/2001
This is one of the most practical business books we've seen in a while. Organized by function, it describes 101 visual business tools, tells what you can learn from them, where one might get the data and, of course, provides visual examples. Best of all, the book comes with a CD-ROM containing Excel and PowerPoint files for many of the tools in the book. One can find classic tools such as Michael Porter's Value as well as less familiar or novel tools such as the Trilinear Graph or the Web Map. The reference section makes an excellent business reading list. Visualizing Your Business is a handy reference book for entrepreneurs making presentations to funders or trying to better understand their own businesses.
